Warehouse Facility

Our warehouse comprises a parcel of industrial land erected upon with a single storey detached factory and a three storey office annex. The warehouse is rectangular in shape with a provisional titular land area of 3.67 acre. It has a frontage of approximately 200 feet and the land is generally flat in terrain and lies at about the same level as the frontage tar led road.

The warehousing facility includes 80,000 square feet of storage space, single story with metal deck cladding walls and a steel deck ceiling with 35 foot "clear" stacking height. The facility including its office area is approximately 110,000 sq. ft.

SSK Logistics provides cost effective and economical storage because 95% of the pallet locations are in the factory lot, ensuring fast and efficient pick and pack operations, total of 12,000 racked pallet positions with additional 150 stacks-pallet configurations. We offer ample space to warehouse your goods for your convenience and to meet your delivery schedules.
