SSK Logistics is a well established logistics company in the warehousing industry. SSK mainly offers and provides warehousing services comprising of storage and distribution for your unique and ever-changing needs. SSK is currently making efforts to expand its current services to transportation and shipment of goods. As of whole, we are dedicated in improving our services rendered to all present and future clients. The company is proactive and highly responsive to its customers’ requirements. SSK is also registered with the Registrars of Companies in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965. The company’s authorized capital is RM 5,000,000-00 comprising 5,000,000 ordinary shares of RM 1-00 each and an issued and Paid-Up Capital of RM 5,000,000-00.

With the modern technologies that have been implemented in warehousing operations to smoothen operations such as computerized warehouse management systems, surveillance cameras, palletized racking etc, SSK has adapted some of these rapidly changing implementations in relation to customer requirements. We are also involved in overseas business ventures such as:

> Trading of logistics equipments in the Middle East

> Land business for the establishment of warehouses in India

> Warehousing operations in India and the Middle East.

SSK has recently purchased a 100,000 square feet warehouse building for the company’s operations. With annual revenue of RM5 Million and 15 employees, we are eagerly looking forward to further expanding its operations nationally and internationally towards becoming a leading logistic provider.

BRIEF HISTORY

The company was initially established as an enterprising company before June 2000 as SKS Enterprise. It further expanded to be SSK Logistics Sdn. Bhd.(plc), a labor supplying company for logistics multi-national companies. In 2003, SSK Logistics became an overall logistics company catering for F & N Sdn. Bhd., a food and beverages manufacturer.  Ever since, it has been as an able logistics provider for storage and distribution.
